Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All electronics items can only be replaced and not refundable.

Here are the cases in which we accept returns:

Case 1(Exception to 14 Day Policy): If the wrong product was sent, or if your product was damaged or defective (you must contact us within 48 hours of order delivery). If 48 hours have gone by, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a return/replacement.

Return procedure: We will pick up the item and the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund or you can get a replacement for free.

Case 2(Exception to 14 Day Policy): If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at or call us at +919571836865

In case of acceptance, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If 48 hours have gone by we cannot refund/replace your order.

Case 3: If the product does not work as claimed on the website, you can place a return/replacement request from our website within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Sticky Items
Sticky Items once used/peeled off cannot be used again, therefore Sticky Items are Non-Returnable.

Invalid Reasons:  Flickpick will not accept any disputes if:

  1. Buyer does not like it.
  2. Buyer no longer wants the item.
  3. Buyer found item cheaper somewhere else.
  4. Products smell unusual.
  5. Buyer ordered the wrong items.
  6. The shipping details provided incorrectly.

Delayed Orders: Orders Not Found, In transit, Pending, Expired with more than 30days (from the date of purchase), you need to contact on along with the screenshot of complaints or e-mail stating you haven’t received the order. The above item no longer applies to the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow. Unfortunately, we will not be liable for the delayed shipment of the orders. However, we will notify you of the same.

Order Cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, you need to contact us at within 24 hours of placing the order, as we process our order in 24 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
